When is Elevate?

Elevate will take place on Thursday, October 26, 2023, in Tysons, Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. This full-day event will include an exciting keynote, informative breakout sessions featuring customer success stories, and valuable networking opportunities. Add-on training sessions for TechnoMile’s Growth and GRC solutions will be available for end users and admins on Wednesday, October 25, providing an opportunity to learn more efficient system use, uncover unused features, and maximize ROI in TechnoMile software. Can I participate in Elevate remotely?

Elevate is designed to be an in-person event, offering ample opportunity for networking and sharing ideas with peers and the TechnoMile team.

Will sessions be available to view on-demand after the event?

After the live event, session recordings will be available on-demand to view at your convenience and share with colleagues. Every registered Elevate participant will receive a link to the digital recordings.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration to someone else?

While we don’t offer refunds, you can transfer your registration to another member of your organization. Please email us at tmelevate@technomile.com for assistance.

If you booked a hotel room for the event, you will need to contact the hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation.

Which airport is closest to the Elevate event?

We recommend flying into Reagan National Airport (airport code: DCA) for quick and easy access to the event location in Tysons, Virginia.

How do I book my hotel if I’m traveling to attend Elevate?

When you complete your event registration, you’ll be prompted to register for hotel accommodations if needed. Elevate 2023 takes place at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner and registered Elevate attendees receive a discounted nightly rate.

The deadline to book a room at the discounted rate is September 26, 2023, subject to availability in our hotel block.

Are there any COVID-19 vaccination requirements to attend Elevate?

TechnoMile continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with local state and city guidelines, we are currently not requiring proof of vaccination or implementing a testing protocol for Elevate. This is always subject to change. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available onsite and enhanced cleaning will be implemented throughout the event venue.
