TechnoMile provides comprehensive support for each client’s unique training needs, helping our clients ease change management, maximize user adoption, adopt best practices, and accelerate time to value of their TechnoMile solution. We create training programs that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and budget, and use a variety of training delivery methods to support varied learning styles and educational needs.

Beyond initial software training to get your team up and running, we offer training reinforcement – such as office hours or on-demand videos – to aid in user adoption, as well as courses delivered by our Strategic Advisory team that help your organization acquire the skills and best practices needed to successfully sell to the federal government and run captures.

Training Options

We partner with each client to build a training program to suit your organization’s needs and budget.

Train the Trainer

With this option, our consultants train a core group of power users within your organization, who are then equipped to train your broader user base. We also develop “ready to use” training materials, including PowerPoint presentations to support group training sessions, Quick Reference guides, and short recorded product demonstrations.

Instructor-Led Training

Our consultants conduct group training sessions with your users either virtually, using a webinar-style format, or in person, using a classroom-style format (local health and safety conditions and protocols permitting). Each instructor-led course is typically conducted over 1.5 days and our team develops all required training materials.

Office Hours

Office hours are designed to provide a forum to address users’ “how do I?” questions that are typical during the early stages of user adoption. A TechnoMile consultant is available at scheduled times (typically once per week for two hours) to assist your team with questions about using your new TechnoMile solution.

Training Support

If you prefer to leverage your own in-house training resources to develop and deliver TechnoMile software training, our consultants can provide support in the form of train-the-trainer sessions and development of PowerPoint or video assets for inclusion in internally-produced training programs and materials.

On-Demand Training Videos

To supplement our library of “how to” training videos that are available on-demand to clients on the TechnoMile Customer Success Portal, our team can produce training videos/recorded demonstrations to meet client-specific needs and support e-learning objectives.

End User Training

Aimed at everyday users of TechnoMile solutions who will utilize our software as a core part of their day-to-day job responsibilities, end user training focuses on learning how to complete common tasks, interact with workflows, use key reports and dashboards, and more within the system.

System Administrator Training

Designed for users who will be responsible for administering your company’s TechnoMile software and its underlying Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, system administrator training covers the object/data model, validation rules and workflows, building and configuring reports/dashboards, managing users/roles/permissions, and more, with the goal of equipping your in-house team to administer the system and make many types of configuration changes on their own as business needs evolve.

Based on your solution objectives and in-house resources, this type of training can also be designed to empower your technical resources to extend your TechnoMile solution using low-code/no-code to support unique and emerging use cases tied to pre- and post-award activities.    

Executive User & Champion Training

Aimed at the executive-level users of your TechnoMile software, as well as those who will serve as internal champions of your solution, this training focuses on educating company executives on a limited set of relevant features – e.g., using key reports/dashboards or interacting with approval workflows – as well as key behaviors and metrics they should monitor to help drive initial and ongoing user adoption.
