Helene Johnson is the Chief Value Officer for Technomile. She was the President of Bid2Win Consulting which was acquired by Technomile November 1, 2021. Helene’s expertise is focused on Strategic Capture Management.

She holds a BA in Data Processing from University of Baltimore and a MS in Organizational Change from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds an active PMP certification from PMI Institute and is also a Certified Capture Manager and a Capture Management trainer.

Helene served as an Executive Board member of Association of Proposal Management Professionals, National Capital Region as co-chair for Special Programs (2016 – 2017). Prior to this, she was Executive Director, President and co-founder of ProCM (2012 – 2016) which was acquired by APMP in 2016.
