Jeffrey Friedler is a visionary IT and Cybersecurity authority with a 30-year track record of delivering unparalleled results in the most demanding environments. As the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Assurance Executive of one of the largest 4th Estate DoD agencies, Jeffrey commanded a $2B+ budget and led a team of over 400 professionals across 12 countries, seven states, Puerto Rico, and Guam. His strategic and operational guidance has been sought by the Department of Defense, the White House, DHS, State, Treasury, and numerous other Federal and commercial organizations.

Jeffrey’s expertise is vast, encompassing CIO/CISO/CTO advisory services, IT/Cyber programmatic assessment and optimization, artificial intelligence (AI) integration and ethics, accelerated RMF and CMMC solutions, and and Cloud-centric solutions engineering. As the Chief Technologist of Fusion Technology Strategies, he continues to provide strategic and operational advisory support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense and GSA, specializing in IT/Cybersecurity, multidisciplinary acquisition lifecycle support, AI, Zero Trust, and beyond.
