I’m excited to share that TechnoMile has achieved our Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type I certification! Developed by AICPA, SOC (System and Organization Controls) protocols are recognized worldwide for their rigorous and comprehensive approach to data management and privacy.

Completed through a partnership with Vanta for continuous monitoring of compliance and Johanson Group LLP for formal certification, the report documents how TechnoMile’s information security practices, policies, and procedures are suitable to meet the SOC 2 Type I trust principles criteria for security and confidentiality.

This independent validation of security controls is vital for TechnoMile, as our software solutions are relied upon by federal contractors operating in one of the world’s most highly regulated industries. Our aerospace and defense and GovCon customers are held to the highest standards for data and information security and, as a result, they require the highest level of trust and transparency when it comes to their cloud solution providers’ operations, processes, and results.

TechnoMile’s SOC 2 Type I report verifies the existence of internal controls designed and implemented to meet the requirements for the security principles set forth in the Trust Services Principles and Criteria for Security. It also provides a thorough review of how TechnoMile’s internal controls affect the security and confidentiality of the systems it uses to process customers’ data, and the confidentiality and privacy of the information processed by these systems.

We recognize that, as federal contractors, our customers face increasingly stringent data protection and cybersecurity requirements and that TechnoMile must continue to bolster our own security posture to satisfy their needs. Achieving SOC 2 certification represents another step towards this objective and is a testament to TechnoMile’s unwavering commitment to rigorously protecting the security and confidentiality of our customers’ data.

Potential and existing customers who are interested in obtaining a copy of the report can do so under NDA through TechnoMile’s Trust Center.
