Lyndsey Hoe is the Vice President of Business Development and Growth for Dev Technology Group, Inc., located in Reston, Virginia. With over 15 years of experience in the Defense, Aerospace, Homeland Security, and Federal Civilian IT industry, Lyndsey has excelled in various roles, including strategic business development, business development operations, capture management, pricing, and proposal operations.

In her role at Dev Technology over the past six years, Lyndsey has been instrumental in leading the Business Development organization, guiding the company’s transition from a woman-owned small business to an emerging large business. She leads a dynamic team responsible for business development and expansion, proposal operations, IDIQ operations, and marketing efforts. Her hands-on leadership has driven growth into new markets, continuous improvements in business development processes, and maintained Dev Technology’s focus on customer missions and an employee-centric culture.

Before joining Dev Technology, Lyndsey served in various capture and business development roles for Civil IT clients such as NASA and HUD at Lockheed Martin IS&GS and Leidos.

Lyndsey holds a BS in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Elizabethtown College and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is the Vice President for Women in AFCEA’s Ft. Belvoir Chapter and Co-Chair for the GTSC Lion’s Den. Additionally, she has served on the Elizabethtown College School of Business Advisory Council, ACT-IAC DoD Federal Information Exchange (FIE) Committee, Lockheed Martin Leadership Association, Women in Aerospace (WIA) Board of Directors, and is a 2018 graduate of the ACT-IAC Voyagers Program.

Lyndsey resides in Fairfax, Virginia, with her husband Richard and their two sons, Trey (5) and Wyatt (3). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, and hitting the slopes.
