How do TechnoMile customers benefit from the Salesforce platform?
Leveraging Salesforce platform technology allows TechnoMile to focus on building features that solve the unique business challenges that GovCons face when selling to the federal government. Required components, such as authentication and security, are already built in to the platform technology so we can focus on delivering GovCon-specific capabilities. On top of this, due to Salesforce’s size, other companies put their development efforts into integrating with Salesforce. This means that our customers benefit from a wide selection of built-in integration options that are fully supported and maintained.
Do I need to already own Salesforce to use WinIt? Do I need to also buy Salesforce licenses?
No. WinIt CRM is deployed with what is called an “OEM” license. This means that the system is completely self-contained and does not require the customer to be an existing Salesforce user or to buy any licenses from Salesforce.
Do we need to hire a Salesforce administrator to manage WinIt?
No. For any CRM system, there will be some level of necessary administration. Typical administrative tasks include provisioning users, modifying workflows, and maintaining reports and dashboards. In WinIt, typical administration tasks are done within the user interface without the need to write code. WinIt also leverages the Salesforce platform for some configuration settings. Most of our customers find that their WinIt admin is capable of doing this work. WinIt comes with an extensive library of how-to videos to assist admins in managing the solution. In addition, there are thousands of readily available online Salesforce resources to enable any new user or administrator to be self-sufficient.
Is WinIt able to work in a GovCloud environment?
Customers that require a GovCloud environment due to CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR, or other information security requirements should consider TechnoMile’s Growth CRM solution, which can be deployed in GovCloud.
