Smart Summaries for Rapid Mod Approval & Execution

When a modification is ingested, Transform Copilot generates a highly digestible, AI-powered summary that explains all contract changes included in the mod, highlighting any updates to the period of performance, CLINs/SLINs, clauses, other contract details (e.g., a change to the CO/COR, wage determinations, etc.), or risk factors (e.g., a scope change). This provides instant insight into any new risk introduced by the mod and makes it straightforward to understand what changes must be made to the contract record, communicate these changes for approval (if required), and then rapidly execute the contract updates, saving the contract manager significant time.

Rapid Contract Record Updates
