Stephen Hardy
VP, Customer Success
Stephen Hardy is TechnoMile's VP of Customer Success, responsible for overseeing the teams that help ensure our clients derive maximum value from their TechnoMile solution.
Stephen is a proven customer success leader with more than 15 years of experience leading customer success strategies and a customer-centric growth champion. Prior to TechnoMile, he served in senior customer success roles at Gartner. Before that, Stephen held the roles of Director of Doner Development and Director of Operations at Global Effect Ministry.
Stephen holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University.
