Sarika Lamont serves as Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at TechnoMile, responsible for leading the company's people strategy while driving practical, human-centered adoption of AI and automation across the organization – helping teams rethink how work gets done through secure, usable, and meaningful integration of AI into daily workflows.

Sarika has more than 15 years of HR leadership and organizational transformation experience. Before joining TechnoMile, she spent nearly four years at Vidyard, where she joined the Executive Team to help scale the organization from $40M to $100M, ultimately stepping into the Chief People Officer role to lead AI transformation and enablement across the company. Prior to Vidyard, Sarika served as Chief Talent Officer at EverCommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM), where she built the company's global talent management architecture and led the people integration of 55 acquired companies following its IPO. Earlier in her career, she held talent management and consulting leadership roles at Avantus Federal and Morgan Business Consulting, including leading a $50M federal contract with global Navy allies.

Sarika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business. She is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
