As TechnoMile's Chief Business Development Officer, Michael Struttmann leads the company's global growth strategy, bringing over two decades of executive experience in enterprise security and software. Prior to joining TechnoMile, he served as CEO and President of SIMS Software, whose merger with TechnoMile in 2026 created the industry's most comprehensive platform for government mission execution.

Before SIMS, Michael built a distinguished career at the intersection of cybersecurity, fintech, and enterprise sales. He served as District Manager, Enterprise Accounts at RSA – a global cybersecurity leader with over 90% market share in the Fortune 500 – where his team delivered solutions spanning fraud prevention, cybercrime, and identity and access management for RSA's largest clients. Earlier, as VP and Director of Global Market Development at Semtek Innovative Solutions, he led the commercialization of the company's patented credit card encryption technology, which became the foundation for Verifone's VeriShield Protect following Semtek's acquisition. Michael joined Verifone as VP of Sales, Global Security Solutions, where he established an industry standard in credit card security by contracting eight of the top 11 U.S.-based payment processors and founding an industry consortium to address ongoing challenges in payment security.

Michael's deep ties to the national security and intelligence community further distinguish his leadership. He is a member of the Intelligence & National Security Alliance's Security Policy Reform Council, a participant in the National Security & Intelligence Executive Roundtable at Texas A&M University's Bush School DC, and an active member of both NCMS and InfraGard, the FBI-affiliated nonprofit dedicated to critical infrastructure protection. He previously served on the board of directors of the FBI San Diego Citizens Academy, including as President in 2020.
