Mark McNeely is a senior aerospace and defense executive with more than two decades of leadership across federal contracting, national security, and the defense industrial base. He has led enterprise-wide functions including Contracts, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Security, Trade Compliance, Risk Management, and Administrative Operations for high-growth government contractors supporting advanced defense, intelligence, space, and technology missions.

Most recently, Mr. McNeely served as Chief Administrative Officer at AeroVironment, leading a large enterprise operations team and supporting the integration of the BlueHalo acquisition. At BlueHalo, he served as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Contracts and Supply Chain, overseeing an 85+ person organization, directing functional integration for 23 acquisitions, establishing scalable governance and Procure-to-Pay controls, and leading sell-side due diligence for BlueHalo's $4.1B acquisition.

Earlier in his career, he held senior contracts and procurement leadership roles at Centauri, Belcan/Schafer, CSRA/SRA International, ICF International, Softchoice, and Washington Management Group, managing major contracts, supply chain, procurement, compliance, audit, and acquisition integration portfolios.
