Isaiah “Ike” Rivers

Isaiah "Ike" Rivers is the Chief Security Officer at Astranis Space Technologies Corp. and Industry Spokesperson for the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC). He brings over 42 years of combined service to government and industry, including 22 years in industrial security supporting the DoD and Intelligence Community and 20 years of military leadership as a retired Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.
At Astranis, Mr. Rivers oversees all aspects of the industrial security program, encompassing Special Access Programs, personnel security, physical security, classified information systems, and procedural security. He serves as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official and Risk Manager, working directly with executive leadership to assess and mitigate risk, manage crises, and maintain continuity of operations supporting DOW and IC Missions.
As NISPPAC Industry Spokesperson, he advises the Information Security Oversight Office on National Industrial Security Program (NISP) policy, recommending reforms and serving as a forum for resolving policy disputes. He also serves on the FFRDC Security Council Board of Directors and, ISWG Seminar, and AIA/NDIA Security Conference Working Groups.
Mr. Rivers is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's ASIS Program for Security Executives.
