Donald Blersch is a government relations and security policy executive with 35+ years of experience across the Executive and Legislative branches, including 18+ years at the Senior Executive level advancing national security, intelligence, space, and mission-assurance initiatives. He currently serves as Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates, Chair of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Security Policy Reform Council. Previously, as Senior Vice President for Government Innovation at Clearspeed, Inc., he modernized human risk assessment through voice analytics technology across government, defense, and intelligence sectors.

His public sector career spans NASA, NOAA, CIA, ODNI, NRO, the Missile Defense Agency, and the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, where he led technology innovation and vetting policy reforms, advising senior leadership on workforce trust, insider risk mitigation, and protection of classified information. His operational background includes a war-zone deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom, integrating space-enabled capabilities into tactical combat operations.

Mr. Blersch is a recipient of the Secretary of State's Career Achievement Award, the OSD Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service, and the ODNI Exceptional Service Medal, among other honors.

He holds an MA in National Security Studies from Georgetown University, an MS in Astronautics from George Washington University, and a BS in Physics and Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University.
