Antonio J. Delgado, Jr. brings nearly three decades of experience across the Intelligence Community, spanning personnel, physical, technical, and operational security. His career integrates deep public-sector expertise with private and business consulting across government and industry clients.
Mr. Delgado held executive-level positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the Intelligence Community Management Staff. At his CIA retirement in 2004, he served as Special Assistant to the Director of Central Intelligence for Security Evaluation, leading an interagency team from the CIA, NSA, DoD, FBI, and State Department to protect sources and methods in U.S. diplomatic facilities abroad. He subsequently provided contractual support as Senior Advisor to DHS's Office of Intelligence and Analysis (2005–2013) and served as Senior Advisor to the Sergeant at Arms, U.S. House of Representatives, for the 117th and 118th Congress.
His decorations include the Intelligence Community's National Medal of Achievement, the Presidential-level Meritorious Officer Award, CIA's Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, Intelligence Commendation Medal, and the D/CIA Pioneer Award for advancing Agency diversity.
Mr. Delgado serves on the Board of Directors of the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, advises the Central Intelligence Retirees Association and the Council on Intelligence Issues, and is past President of the National Military Intelligence Foundation.
He holds a BA from UCLA and completed the National and International Security program at Harvard's JFK School of Government.
